  I've been using this store for over 3 years now for my mailbox and shipping, and they've been great. I always get a friendly greeting coming in the door and respectful service. It can get crowded at times but that's just how it goes with a small store. I've found their mailbox service to be a lot more convenient than the post office.

  Every time I come here to mail something the prices are extremely high. Today I had to put something in bubble wrap, they wouldn't let me do it in the store. So I walked outside and wrapped it on the side walk. I walked back in and then they wanted to charge me to tape it. I will never use this store again....

  Small store with very prompt, friendly, and helpful staff. I was offered help the moment I walked in and again after a minute by another employee as I prepared my packages. I never even had to go to the counter for them to take care of my drop off items. Others who walked in in the few minutes I was there were similarly catered to.

  Great customer service. I was greeted immediately by several employees. I was sending some football tickets off to sell (stubhub) and had no idea what I was doing. Someone immediately helped and knew exactly what to do for StubHub purchases/sales. What a relief! Literally took me 45 seconds total. Great great experience!

  It's very simple. I have been there 3 times now and there business plan is simple: tell every customer their box doesn't work so they can charge you for a new box and new wrapping. It's going to be hard to get returning customers like that.
